Not
being aware of this at a very young age I was always in a hurry. Even as an adult I would rush around doing
things which I thought made sense at the time, only to find out that I had to
go back time and again to start and do it over.
Running through life on autopilot is the foundation of missed
opportunity. Walk, don’t run. “Adrienne Vanterpool”

Walk, Don't Run
How
many times have you heard your parents, friends, loved ones, or a co-worker
say, “walk, and don’t run?” Perhaps too
many times, nonetheless it was good advice.
Rushing through life not seeing those all-important obstacles, bumps in
the road meant to slow our momentum, we run head first into trouble. Slow down, take time to smell the coffee is
another one of those sayings that we’ve heard all too often. Opting to walk life’s path as oppose to
running will bring great benefits and much needed change.
