Reset Your Microbiome

How to reset your microbiome and gain good healthy

  • ·       Eat healthy fat i.e. avocado, extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil, raw nuts, and seeds
  • ·       Do not eat sugar and refined carbohydrates that turn to sugar and increase insulin
  • ·       Add sufficient prebiotics to your diet daily sourced from food or supplements
  • ·       Eat lots of fiber sourced from whole fruits, vegetables and limited amounts of grains
  • ·       Avoid all chemically processed foods
  • ·       Eliminate alcohol consumption
  • ·       Eat fermented foods that contain probiotics
  • ·       Reduce the consumption of foods that cause inflammation
  • ·       Eat foods that have anti-inflammatory effects
  • ·       Pay strict attention to stress management
  • ·       Limit emotions such as anger and hostility
  • ·       Express joy and gratitude – smile and relax
